The IEEE student branch of Gogte Institute of Technology, better known as IEEE-GIT student branch, is a prolific student branch in the North Karnataka region. With a current strength of 55 members and more eager students poised to join in from various disciplines of engineering, IEEE-GIT student branch has carved out a name for itself in Karnataka through its various activities - ranging from the annual tech fiesta Paanchajanya to various socially and technically beneficial initiatives such as Explore. With the wholehearted, active support from the management of Gogte Institute of Technology, the constant encouragement from our Principal Dr. M.D. Kulkarni, guidance from Department Chair Prof. A. G. Deshpande and Branch Advisor Prof.D.A Torse, the student branch, through a vibrant and innovative executive committee aims to achieve greater heights and constantly contribute to the advancement of technology.
